Shoaib Mansoor’s Verna has finally released the official trailer and everyone is curious to see the final product, considering that the director is finally making a comeback to the big screen after six long years. While we are all waiting to see Mahira Khan and Haroon Shahid’s performance in the film, there is someone else across the border who has also shared his views on the trailer: Farhan Akhtar.
The director-actor-singer took to Twitter to tell us eager beavers on this side of the border that he too is intrigued by what he has seen. Not just that, but Farhan also sent some encouragement to the team of Verna.

This cross border love is all that is needed right now between these two countries. Who knows, maybe it might lead to future Pakistan-India collaborations and we all know that those work out very well (Case in point: Fawad Khan in Kapoor & Sons and Saba Qamar in Hindi Medium).
