With the ever-popular American TV series Scandal coming to its final season, the latest addition to the star cast is Pakistani-American Hollywood actor Faran Tahir. The seventh season of the show, which will also be its final, is going to be airing on ABC Network from 5th October.
Faran will be seen playing President Rashad and will appear in episodes 7.2 – which airs 12th October 2017, 7.4 and 7.5. Although other details about Faran’s role are currently being kept strictly confidential – just like all other information related to the season – we are sure the Pakistani actor will bring his own charm to the show.
The Shonda Rhimes produced series is one of the most popular shows of the ABC Network, and also stars Kerry Washington, Guillermo Diaz, Darby Stanchfield, Katie Lowes, Tony Goldwyn, Jeff Perry, Bellamy Young, Joshua Malina, Scott Foley, George Newbern and Cornelius Smith Jr.
Apart from Scandal, the actor has been busy shooting for three other projects which include the television series Shameless and The Magicians, as well as the movie Mindhack: #savetheworld. Faran will also be reprising his role as Mallick on American TV show 12 Monkeys (Season 4) in 2018.
