Yasir Hussain reveals the first look of Koel featuring Mansha Pasha and Fahad Sheikh

After making his debut as a music video director with Dori, last year, Yasir Hussain is now making his small-screen directorial debut with an upcoming drama titled Koel(bird), The drama features Fahad Sheikh and Mansha Pasha in the lead.

Yasir now took to social media to share the first look of his new project.

The poster features Mansha standing with her arms crossed in a black outfit while the birds in the background give an illusion of her having wings.

The script has been penned by Zanjabeel Asim Shah. According to reports, Mansha is playing the titular character Koel, while the name of Fahad’s character is Moosa. The story is based on sister rivalry.

Apart from Mansha Pasha and Fahad Sheikh, the cast for Koel also includes Fareeha Jabeen, Maham Amir, Noor ul Hassan, Yasir Taj and several other actors.

Koel is being produced for Emax TV, with Farhan Gauher serving as the producer. The drama will be aired on digital platform Urduflix and TV channel AAJ Entertainment.
