After bringing home two Academy awards, Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy is all set to add another feather to her cap, or shall we call it another Oscar? The activist and filmmaker just announced the release of Pakistan’s very own reality film series titled Look But With Love that is directed by none other than the hard-hitting filmmaker herself.

The five part documentary film revolves around and embraces the life of some prodigious people of Pakistan who embarked on the challenge of transforming the socio-political landscape of their communities through passionate causes. The documentary accounts the heartfelt and awe-inspiring stories of daring, passion-driven Pakistanis on life-saving missions; a doctor from the slums who has dedicated his whole life to provide free emergency care to children, a brave bunch of women in Nowshera, and many more courageous untold stories.
Presented by WITHIN, Look But With Love will premiere at the upcoming 55th New York Film Festival, the inaugural Tribeca TV Festival and the Future of Storytelling.
We can’t wait to experience another masterpiece created by Sharmeen and can hardly wait for it!
