After rumour-mills reported that Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Zero was not releasing in Pakistan, cinema exhibitors have now refuted the claim and ensured that it is all set to release next month.
Speaking to Something Haute, cinema exhibitor, Nadeem Mandviwala clarified that the SRK film will release next month, and it is in fact, Akshay Kumar and Rajnikanth’s 2.0, which might not get released.
“I don’t think the rumour was for Zero,” Nadeem said. “It was misconstrued with 2.0 of Rajnikant and Akshay Kumar. I do not foresee any reason why it [Zero] will not be released in Pakistan.”

Directed by Anand L. Rai, Zero is a story about Bauua (Shah Rukh Khan), who is born in a wealthy family and raised in an environment of affluence and indulgence. He is never failed by Meerut or its people. But, when he meets two women (Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma), his experiences with these women take him on a journey to complete his ‘incompleteness’ and broaden his horizons to find a purpose he never knew he had.
The film is all set to release on December 21, 2018.
