Singer Asim Azhar has a successful music career with fame that is not just limited to Pakistan. The pop sensation has released several tracks so far and has won national and international fame in a career that spans around eight years.
On Feb 16, the Ghalat Fehmi singer posted a countdown box on his Instagram Story, stating that he was going to reveal a belated Valentine’s Day present for his fans.
As the countdown came to an end, he revealed that he is going to release the first song Kabhi Mai Kabhi Tum from his debut album.
“‘Kabhi Mai.. Kabhi Tum’. My first single from my debut album — 28.02.22,” he captioned the post. The video of the song features Fahad Mustafa and Saba Qamar.

Asim had posted the teaser for his music video in December 2021. “Ladies and gentlemen, I have waited so long for this moment and finally — my first single from my first album [will be] releasing very soon!” he had shared.

The song is scheduled to release on Feb 28 and fans seem very excited.
Following the announcement, he started trending on Twitter. The singer posted a screenshot of the trend on Instagram and reacted to the love. “Already. Love you guys,” he wrote.
The singer’s record label was Indian (Universal Music India) and therefore, due to political tension between the two countries, the release of his debut album was previously delayed.
