Video: “I would love to do an amazing web series,” says Adeel Husain

While many actors believe that the quality over quantity strategy cannot be applied in the field of acting due to limited scripts, Adeel Husain believes it’s better to do projects that add value to his portfolio and help maintain his credibility.

Despite being in the industry for a long time, he has only been part of a limited number of projects. Yet, he enjoys a huge following and his presence in a project usually becomes positive publicity.

He last appeared in drama Ahkir Kub Tak that also became a huge success. Adeel played the role of a police officer that was very well received by the audience.

In an exclusive interview with Hassan Choudary of Something Haute, Adeel spoke at length about his personal and professional life and made several revelations. He also shared that he is open to the idea of doing a web series.

Speaking of future projects, Adeel said that he is working on some things but cannot reveal much. “I am working as fast as possible,” he said giving hope to his fans who wait impatiently.

“I’m busy writing my own stuff which I eventually want to produce, “he shared adding that he’s still open to opportunities from ‘outside’.

Speaking of web series, Adeel shared that he would love to do an amazing web series. “There are so many genres that I’m very excited about.” When asked if he was part of any, he said that he ‘technically’ isn’t.

“Technically no, I would have told you if I was shooting anything.”
