While fans are eagerly waiting for Sang e Mah’s release date to see their favourite artist, Atif Aslam, make a television debut, he has more surprises in store. The singer turned actor is also singing the OST of the drama and that just adds much more anticipation.

Music composer Sahir Ali Bagga took to social media to make the big announcement.

“Like always… Changing the music scene through the OST of Sang e Mah which is sung by the great Atif Aslam. It’s very rare that I compose a drama OST for any other singer, but this is also very rare that you will see Atif Aslam acting in a drama serial,” he wrote.

“It is his debut as an actor for a drama serial. Just recorded his vocals today and I’m really happy with the way Atif sang the OST. He has done complete justice to my melody and his vocals were really impressive. WOW. So, this one is very special and different for me, for Atif and for the audience. Entirely different than other OSTs,” he added.

He then gave everyone credits and mentioned that the OST is written by Fatima Najeeb.

According to YouTube’s description, Sang e Mah is a transcendent tale of love and retribution. Written by Mustafa Afridi, it is produced by Momina Duraid Productions.
