With all the cast changes to the cult-classic Jawani Phir Nahi Aani already making rounds in the news, it seems the new additions to the film are not coming to a halt. While it was Mawra Hocane and Syra Shahroz who were last announced to be a part of JPNA 2, latest news suggests that Kubra Khan too has joined the film.
Making her debut in Nabeel Qureshi’s Na Maloom Afraad, Kubra soon became an integral part of the television entertainment industry, but, with little or no contribution to Pakistani films. However, it seems the actress has finally decided to take a step towards films once again as she is currently shooting for Parwaaz Hai Junoon, and has signed up for JPNA 2.

According to Vasay Chaudhry – who is also the writer behind the film – Kubra will be a part of the film and will be joining the rest of the cast in Turkey in November. While an official confirmation by the actress has not been given yet, Vasay has confirmed to Something Haute that the news is, in fact, true.
Directed by Nadeem Baig, JPNA 2 will release in 2018 and stars Humayun Saeed, Fahad Mustafa, Vasay Chaudhry, Ahmed Ali Butt, Mawra Hocane, Syra Shahroz, Uzma Khan and Sarwat Gillani in crucial roles.
