Adored by countless fans worldwide, Zayn Malik has kept himself in the news with his devil-may-care attitude and his upcoming second album. However, nothing has amped his fame in the Subcontinent the way his Bollywood love has. And once again, the Pillow Talk singer has amused his desi fans with his latest video.

Taking to Instagram, the singer posted a video of himself crooning to a rendition of Kailash Kher’s ‘Teri Deewani’ and well…it’s something.

Adding his own flavour to the classic tunes of the song, Zayn experimented with the crescendo of the vocals as he played his guitar. Although the rendition is a bit off, his try at a Kailash Kher song does make one wonder if an Urdu/Hindi song is on the list of his upcoming album!

If it is, we really hope that it’s done a slight bit better than this…

Previously, Zayn also told Elle India  – whose cover he was also on – that he loves Bollywood and his favourite film is Kabhi Khushi Khabhie Gham and has also worked on a song for an upcoming Bollywood film with A.R. Rahman.

I like it probably just because it’s the film that I watched the most as a child,” Zayn said about liking KKKG. “It’s got great music in it. It’s got great actors in it. It’s probably a toss-up between that film and Devdas.
