Imran Ashraf’s most recent release is a Punjabi video song by Wally Sandhu that tells a dramatic yet very impactful story about a guy in love.
Tu Bewafa is like a short story being told within an 8-minute melodious song that talks about love, excitement, rejection deceit, and the end of false promises. The story, screenplay and dialogue of this video are written by Imran Ashraf.
The music video shows a naïve Pakistani guy Ali (played by Imran Ashraf) who is head over heels in love with a girl who lives in Canada. The twist is that the girl is playing with his emotions as she is not interested in marrying him. She believes that all Pakistani men are same and after her citizenship. Ali, on the other hand, plans to bring her to Pakistan after marriage. He flies off to Canada only to find out that she is not who she pretends to be. Though the dramatic story ends in a tragedy, there is a lesson for those who devalue true love.
The video stars Imran Ashraf, Aehsun Talish, Nayab Khan, Anika Zulfiqar and Ali Abbas. It is directed by Furqan Khan and music is by Arbaz Khan.
