Last year’s critically acclaimed, Sohai Ali Abro starrer, Motorcycle Girl is all set to be screened at the prestigious Stanford University as part of the institute’s Global Studies Summer Film Festival.

The biographical movie, based on the life of Zenith Irfan, the girl on a motorcycle, chronicles Zenith’s journey from Lahore to the northern areas of Pakistan on a motorcycle to fulfill her father’s wishes. She became the first female motorcyclist to travel across Pakistan, garnering a lot of attention and praise throughout the country.

A year after its release, the movie is being screened at Stanford as Zenith Irfan herself confirmed. Directed by Adnan Sarwar, featuring a stellar portrayal of Zenith by Sohai, the movie truly deserves it! Zenith is, of course, overjoyed at the news, sharing her excitement on her social media. “Stanford University is showcasing my biopic. My life story this July. This is huge. This is big news. I cannot even express my joy,” wrote the motorcycle girl.
