Sajal Aly shares her experience of working with Yumna Zaidi, Ramsha Khan, Dananeer Mobeen & Yehali Tashiya

Sajal Aly has been making rounds in the news for all the right reasons; her new film Khel Khel Mein is ruling on the big screen and now the actress will also be seen every Saturday on ARY Digital as part of the main cast of highly anticipated drama serial Sinf e Aahan. However, the actor is not very active on social media and doesn’t give too many interview. Hence, her fans were quite surprised when she treated them with a Q&A session on Instagram over the weekend.

When asked by a fan, Sajal had a lot to say about Yumna Zaidi, who is her co-star in Sinf e Aahan and Ishq e Laa:

“She’s very special to me and what an amazing performer she is. She is very honest with her craft. Jitni tareef karoun kam hay [It’s not enough no matter how much I praise her]”.

 

 

Sajal also shared her experience of working with Dananeer Mobeen, the pawri girl, who is making her acting debut in Sinf e Aahan.

“My day would start by annoying her and then I fell in love with her one day. Now I miss those days. Dananeer was like my morning coffee and evening tea,” she replied.

 

 

A nosey fan also asked Sajal when they can expect “khushkhabri” [good news] from her and her response was: “Paglay kal hi tou di hay #Sinf e Ahan!”

Ramsha Khan, who trended on Twitter over the weekend after the first episode of Sinf e Aahan aired, received this praise from Sajal: “Brave, hard working and extremely caring”.

 

 

A Sri Lankan actress Yehali Tashiya will also be making her debut on Pakistan television in Sinf e Aahan. She has also made it to Sajal’s list of favourite actors. “She’s gifted. Extremely talented. One of the best actors I’ve worked with. She’s in the list of my favourite actors!” she wrote.

 

 

Sajal also shared her favourite dish and we can relate. “I love bhindi [okra]”.
