The most anticipated ceremony of the year — The 20th Lux Style Awards — took place last weekend and it was a star-studded event. Some of the finest artists were acknowledged and awarded for their achievements in fashion. television and music.

The award ceremony, though recorded and celebrated in segments due to Covid-19 restrictions, included a red carpet and beautiful performances on stage. However, despite not as larger-than-life as ceremony normally would be, LSAs didn’t disappoint when it comes to fashion quotient. Many stars walked the red carpet in stylish silk gowns, saris and beautiful silhouettes, making the night a memorable one!

There are always wow moments, some hits and a few misses at any red carpet and LSAs 2021 was no different. Here are some noteworthy style statements that we loved!

The Model of the Year (Female) this year, Mushk Kaleem was dressed to impress in a hot pink Sana Safinaz gown with ruffles and a long trail. 




Nimra Jacob looked ethereal in a soft yellow silk gown, by The House Of Kamiar Rokni, which looked like melting sunshine.



Winner of Model of the Year (Male), Sachal Afzal gave a break to the tuxedo parade and showed up in black kameez and trouser. He completed the look with a white shawl neatly draped over his shoulders.



Mahira Khan was a sight to behold in that white silk dress by Feeha Jamshed.




Dur-e-Fishan brought eastern wear to the red carpet. She wore a jewel toned purple silk sari by Elan. 




As always in his dramatic fashion, Ali Xeeshan made a style statement in a white embellished cape that hung on his shoulders. 



Ayesha Omar was seen in two outfits and while the black one was to blah, the heavily embellished nude and gold number by Labourjoisie was a stunning piece.





Mansha Pasha’s all-black outfit by Sana Safinaz was also a stand-out for its unique silhouette and a stylish cut.
