After the title track of Heer Maan Ja missed the mark, we were hoping that the next song will uplift our mood a bit and Kuch To Hua Hai didn’t disappoint us.
Sung by Rameez Khalid and Aima Baig, Kuch To Hua Hai is a soft romantic ballad that takes us on a journey about how Heer (Hareem Farooq) falls in love with Kabeer (Ali Rehman Khan). The song begins with a note that ‘it’s a love story that has a past, will live forever in your heart.’ Though we aren’t sure yet if this love story will have such long-lasting impression, however the budding college romance shown in the song is sweet.

Ali Rehman looks love-struck as he exchanges glances with Hareem during lectures. We are not sure about Hareem’s wardrobe though as donning a lehenga choli seems unfitting while you visit a amusement park. What interests us the most is how this besotted Kabeer will reach a point when he will visit Heer to apologize on her wedding day, as shown in the trailer.
