In pictures: See all the stars of The Legend of Maula Jatt shine at the Lahore premiere

The ensemble cast and team of Pakistan’s biggest film of the year (and perhaps ever), The Legend of Maula Jatt, proudly presented their film at a grand premiere in Lahore on Wednesday, 12th October. And it would be safe to say that the night was as magnificent as the film is touted to be.

The crème de la crème of the entertainment industry graced the star-studded red carpet to rejoice, witness the spectacle and congratulate Bilal Lashari, Ammara Hikmat and their phenomenal cast on the big feat.  The film has unanimously received love and praises from all quarters, be it journalists, fellow stars, critics, or audiences.

Have a look at the stars who were shinning brightly due to their talent as well as looks:

The star of the night, Fawad Khan aka Maula Jatt, was seen in a moss green kameez shalwar color-coordinated with a prince coat. His wife, Sadaf Fawad Khan wore a solid black dress accentuated with an Alexander McQueen knuckle box clutch.

Contrary to Maula, our beautiful Mukkho —  Mahira Khan– left her film persona for theaters and served a flawless look in a metallic pink Faraz Manan number. The shimmery co-ord set included a pencil skirt and beaded bolero jacket. She was on fire!

Similarly, Humaima Malick shed off her fierce Daro avatar in a soft ivory princess gown dress by Zamanay.

Saima Baloch, who plays Rajjo in the film, was spotted in a black dress with red Soosi linings and belt.

Faris Shafi and his sister Meesha Shafi rocked the quirkiest looks of the evening, full or color, charisma and personal style. While Faris wore a sultry sheer black ensemble with a dhoti. His oversized googles, a dazzling neckpiece and pink shoes were the highlights.

Meesha was seen in a multi-colored checkered sari. The highlight were her accessories which included oversized Gucci frames, antique panja bracelet in both hands, a Maula Jatt gandasa pin over her blouse and a holographic sandals.

Resham, who has a guest appearance in the film, was dressed in a black and mustard Iqbal Hussain ensemble.

Shafqat Cheema stayed true to his style and appeared in a black silk kameez shalwar.

Gohar Rasheed dressed up formally in a pinstripe double breasted suit.

Writer of the film Nasir Adeeb attended the premiere with his daughter Zoya Nasir.
