Shah Rukh Khan earlier announced that he and his son, Aryan Khan, will be dubbing for the Hindi version of The Lion King as Mufasa and Simba respectively. The proud father could not contain his excitement today and he took to Twitter to post his son’s teaser, calling him ‘Mera Simba’.

The new teaser features Aryan Khan as the voice of Simba. What caught our attention instantly is that Aryan’s voice sounds very similar to his father, leaving a lasting impact. It seems that the father has trained his kid quite well.

In the Hindi version, Ashish Vidyarthi plays Scar, Shreyas Talpade plays Timon, Sanjay Mishra is Pumbaa and Asrani is Zazu. Directed by Jon Favreau, the live-action remake of The Lion King is scheduled to release on July 19, 2019.
