It’s been two weeks since the PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week wrapped up, not just leaving us geared up for the fashion weeks to follow (cue, FPW) but also itching to try the trends we spotted on the runway. Even though there wasn’t much to salvage this year on the catwalk, it was by no means a completely bland affair either. Here’s a list of 5 trends that we can’t wait to try out this winter festive season!
Unconventional draping of the classic sari

Take a classic silhouette and make it fashion! This season, the timeless sari is in for a makeover, but one that also doesn’t take away it’s traditional touch. We love it, and can’t wait to style the sari up!
Soft florals for menswear

Who ever said men can’t rock florals? It’s the 21st century and androgyny is the norm; thankfully, a little flora and fauna never hurt anybody!

Lots of shimmer and glimmer, a blast from the decade gone by, but also not entirely unwelcome. We are ready for the mirror craze, and can’t wait to incorporate it in our winter festive wardrobe. #ootd!

Ofcourse, no winter in Pakistan can be complete without spotting at least one gorgeous shawl at that one wedding. As fashion would have it, the statement shawl is making big waves and we love the snuggly, old-timey vibe of them!
