Friday, 4th January 2019




1) First Fridays open mic night: January Edition 




Whether you are an aspiring poet, singer or writer, this platform is your opportunity to make your talent known to the world. Express what you feel and how you want to see the world at the first open mic night of the year. Get your performance face on and be there. No registration required.

2) All that glitters by Manizhe – Silver Jewellery 




If real stones like pearl, emeralds and amethyst attract you in ornaments and jewellery, this exhibition is for you. From Pink Jade earrings to Aqiq stone cufflinks, you will find all original stone crafts at this one day exhibit by Manizhe – Silver Jewellery.

3) Kathak: The dance of storytellers 




Learn about the history and significance of Kathak dance by Ally Adnan this weekend. The storytelling dance form which is widely acclaimed in the sub-continent will be followed by a stellar dance performance by Ally himself. Make sure that you don’t miss it!

1) Organic Market at Mall of Lahore 




With the growing availability of artificial foods and flavour, the need for natural staples is growing with each day. In order to educate people about the need for natural products, local farmers and producers will bring organic milk, butter, natural oils, poultry, herbs, spices and so much more.

1) Stargazing at Sapat beach 




Welcoming new year with clear starry skies at Balochistan’s newly found tourist spot Sapat beach, Karachi Astronomy Society is back with their highly popular stargazing getaways. Enjoy desert safari, bbq, camping and much more with friends, family or your significant other. The perfect weekend getaway to detox from your mundane routine.

2) We are HipHop Jam

1) Pakistan Tea Festival 




If you are a tea lover, lo and behold! The first ever festival for tea lovers is here that aims to celebrate chai which, let’s be honest, most Pakistani cannot function without. From cafes and home-based businesses bringing a wide variety of tea choices, music performances and other activities to keep you entertained. Ali Sethi will be performing so be sure to grab a cup of chai and groove to his melodious voice.

2) Live Violin Night

1) French Bazaar

2) Abdullah Qureshi & ROXEN live in concert

Either way, this event is for everyone who wants to showcase their classic cars or any car-enthusiast who just enjoys being mesmerized by the intensive labour that goes into maintaining these beauties.
