British Pakistani actor and rapper, Riz Ahmed, has another feather to add to his cap. Joining music bigwigs like Jay-Z, Frank Ocean, Drake and Diplo, he’s on GQ’s list of 50 Most Stylish Men in Music, thanks to his impeccable taste in fashion.
Hot on the heels of New York Fashion Week, the list was curated to celebrate the renaissance of men’s fashion after carefully judging the men’s shows. From Dior Men to Berluti, Louis Vuitton and Loewe, this years’ fashion week made sure to let the world know that men’s fashion is ready to have its most exhilarating moment in quite a while, and the list pays a homage to all the men who are carrying the baton and staying true to style.

The actor’s penchant for casual styling and ability to make it look fashionable, we believe, is what landed him on the list and we’re not surprised. Turning up at the London Fashion Week Men’s SS’20 in a long sleeved basic white shirt with a cream colored workwear style jacket, he made headlines for his laid-back look that was tied together with his showy trainers. Talk about less being more.
Not surprisingly, the style director at Italian luxury brand Corneliani, Stefano Gaudioso Tramonte, is a fan of his style! Just this year, in a string of appearances at various fashion shows, he made headlines again for his interesting way of styling wide-legged trousers on men, heralding a major moment in menswear.
A simple Google search combining Riz Ahmed and style will take you to a ton of places to understand why he made the list and we can’t be more impressed!
