With the festivities of Diwali on full throttle, Ekta Kapoor hosted a pre-Diwali bash at her residence last night that was attended by the crème de la crème of Bollywood. From Akshay Kumar and wife Twinkle Khanna to Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra, it was a night under the stars with the stars.
Also present at the bash were Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra, Shamita Shetty, Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra, Karan Johar, Sushant Singh Rajput, Sara Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Sonam Kapoor and team Veere Di Wedding – sans Kareena Kapoor, amongst others.
With some questionable fashion choices and some en-pointe ensembles, the celebs partied it up with the Balaji house and it sure seemed like a party no TV or film celeb wanted to miss out on purpose!

Although all the ‘Khan’s’Â decided to ditch the party, Gauri Khan represented herself and SRK.
In attendance were also the Veere Di Wedding cast minus Kareena Kapoor.
Bipasha Basu also came to the party with her husband, Karan Singh Grover.
Treating it like her debutante ball was Sara Ali Khan, who chose to show her pre-Kedarnath avatar in an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla outfit.
