After five successful singles, Patari Fanoos came to an end with Zarsanga Bibi’s melodious number, which released last night. Once again Patari has teamed up with another local singing legend, labeled ‘The Queen Of Pashtun Folklore’, Zarsanga is widely known for her timeless songs.
Shinwari Lawangeena mixes modern music with Zarsanga’s classic voice giving us yet another tune to sway to. This blend of music is innovative, without stirring away from the classic touch that Zarsanga’s powerful vocals bring in. The song also brings in a techno-esque melody midway, giving it yet another twist, in true Patari Fanoos style.
After working with legends like Mai Dhai and Akhtar Chanal, as well as giving a voice to new budding artists, this number was indeed the perfect end to a meaningful musical journey across Pakistan.
