With the premiere fever finally cooling down after all those gluttonous Eid festivities, we can’t help but return to our patrolling of fashion statements and OTT moments on the red carpet. Especially, when there were so many of them – good, bad and ugly – to talk about it!
Without further ado, let’s get to this week’s looks from the Na Maloom Afraad 2 and Punjab Nahi Jaungi red carpets, which ran from ‘wow, that’s fantastic’ to straight up WTF in a matter of changing faces.
Kubra Khan
This isn’t the first time that Kubra has made it to our list with her questionable choice of clothes and we predict it probably won’t be the last time either. Although we dig the pants, the overall look is quite unglamorous. The colours are too grim and the middle-parted hair isn’t helping take the severity away either. âŒ
Â
Sarwat Gilani
Â
Can we get someone to please do a slow clap for the diva on our behalf? Dressed in a complete street-chic ensemble, we totally love Sarwat’s look. Her ‘BAE’ shirt is so millennial that she’d put teens to shame with their drab looks. We would still want her to do something about her hair though, which was a casual mess. We love the look, still. ✅
Neelam Muneer
Â
We’re not sure if Neelam walked in thinking this was someone’s Valima instead of a film premiere…our eyes are scarred forever. Plus, Neelam can now be added to the list of starlets who need to change their hair colour. âŒ

Ayesha Omar
Â
We don’t even need to write anything about this since the amazing va va voom ensemble does the talking for us. Head to toe, here’s Miss fabulous and that’s what we’d expect from Ayesha Omar. Kudos! ✅
Ushna Shah
Â
There’s sexy, and then there’s too-sexy, and that’s the problem with Ushna Shah’s look. Although the actress’ appearance in PNJ left us thrilled, the puzzling look at the premiere has us confused. Do we love it or do we hate it, even we can’t decide despite it being racy!

The Na Maloom Afraad 2 Trio
Â
Before we write anything else, we would like to issue a public service announcement that no, sandstone coloured suits do not work at all, EVER. While we’re still liking Fahad Mustafa and Jawed Sheikh’s contemporary and classic looks, respectively, we are totally done with even giving any advice to Mohsin Abbas Haider after this drab look.
Hania Aamir
We love the outfit and the look but not so much the fact that Hania forgot that any other colour exists. It’s too monochrome. We’re not impressed but we’re also not appalled by the petite starlet’s look. ✅
Mehwish Hayat
It’s not bad but it falls short of being spectacular, especially for the heroine of the film! We really wish Mehwish had glammed it up a bit. That said she doesn’t look bad either so we’ll leave it at a fifty-fifty! ✅
