Opulent shades of gold possess the alchemic power to transform the plain to luxurious, the regular to festive; what more could we ask for this Eid?
It seems as though Edenrobe heard our Eid outfit prayers and delivered what every woman needs for a hot summer Eid. The brand’s Festive Eid Collection partnered up with celebrities Anoushey Ashraf, Zhalay Sarhadi, Amna Ilyas and Sarah Khan to show us just what our Eid style needs!
In a very fun campaign, called My Eid Look, Edenrobe dressed up some of our favourite celebrities. Stylist Amal Qadri helped to design individual looks, and N-Pro did a smashing job at hair and makeup.
The brand dressed its Eid muses in unlikely shades. For instance, Chalay Thay Saath star Zhalay Sarhadi wore a gold-printed grey tunic, channeling absolute metallic cool. “I’ve never worn this colour before,†she admitted in the video shared on the brand’s Facebook page.
Anoushey Ashraf sported an earthy palette which incorporated rich shades of chocolate and hues of warm mustard. Anoushey confessed that these were not her usual go-to colours, but Edenrobe and Amal Qadri spun a classic, and rather enchanting look using them.
Sarah Khan’s look was the most fun and playful. While her colour palette was a classic black and white with red, she was given a trendy silhouette. Sarah was dressed in a belted tunic with cold shoulders, detailed with pearl embellishment. However, what we loved the most about her look is how excited she was at the end of her transformation. Such happiness is hard to fake!
And finally, supermodel Amna Ilyas rocked the classic black-and-gold combo perfectly. Sherwani collars are all the rage nowadays and paired with trendy gharara pants, they fuse classic and contemporary perfectly.
After seeing this fun campaign, we made our way to Edenrobe’s store in Atrium Mall and found this fabulous collection on display. The fabric is soft and breathable so you can keep cool this Eid and still look haute!
Which of these looks would you like to see on yourself? Tell us in the comments!
