Christian Dior presented its Fall 2023 collection in front of the Gateway of India in Mumbai on Thursday, 30th March, 2023. Creative Director of Christian Dior, Maria Grazia Chiuri, paired up with the Mumbai’s Chanakya School of Craft to create a collection of highly intricate ready-to-wear and accessories. The special show highlighted Indian craftsmanship and was a beautiful blend of style, glamour and star power.
The Dior Fall 2023 show was a tribute to Indian culture and its artisans presented with the luxury label’s elegant creations. Bigwigs from across the world attended the show including Isha Ambani, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma with Virat Kohli, Rekha, Khushi Kapoor, Simone Ashley, Maisie Williams, Mira Rajput, Arjun Kapoor, Diana Penty, Poorna Jagannathan, Masaba Gupta, Shweta Bachchan, Yara Shahidi, Sobhita Dhulipala, Cara Delevingne amongst many more.
Many stars wore looks straight from the luxury house’s runway collection, others included classic Dior elements to their outfits, like the Lady Dior bag that kept reappearing throughout the night.
