Moonrise

Atif Aslam’s new Punjabi song Moonrise is a reiteration of the fact that the singer can master any genre! The song is about a guy who is praising his lover. Moonrise is dominantly sung in Punjabi with a small section in the later half of the song sung in English.

Starring Amy Jackson alongside Atif Aslam, the music video is directed by Adnan Qazi, and the lyrics are penned by Raj Ranjodh.

At the beginning of the music video, we see Atif stepping out of a car. Most of the song is set in a nightclub and the music video has a dark grading with vibrant lighting. Atif is seen wearing sunglasses which are the highlight of his look for this song. We also see Atif and Amy slowly dancing to the song in between the rapid change in visuals from the nightclub.

Atif’s voice as usual is mesmerizing as ever and seems like we will be grooving this song for a while!

Atif shared the news of the release of his song on Instagram:
