Which is why, all Cocomo fans will be excited to know that the jingle has made a comeback with none other than the original Cocomo Boy, Asim Azhar!
The star, who is clearly a favourite of the younger generation with his popular songs and crowd-pulling energy at sold-out concerts, Asim Azhar has a special connection with Cocomo’s jingle. Not too long ago, the Internet discovered that it was Asim who sang the original Cocomo jingle also, back when he was a child. In fact, he was only ten years old then!
Ever since the revamped Cocomo jingle has been released, all 90s kids are feeling nostalgic and connecting with the song.
Of course, a lot has changed since Asim first sang the song, and that is reflected in the new jingle. For instance, the new version has adopted a hip-hop style with fun lyrics and a super cool video with graphic animations. All of these reflect the needs of Cocomo’s young audience.
