My Heart is in China is a love story to be shot in Lahore and rural China. We have learnt that Imran is also in talks with an A-list Pakistani actor to play the male lead in the film.
“China has a potential to be one of the biggest markets for Pakistani films and I have just the right script which will not only entertain people on both sides but also will strengthen the relationship between both countries,” Imran said in an exclusive chat with Something Haute.
Earlier, Canadian Chinese actor Kent S. Leung made his debut opposite Syra Yousuf in Chalay Thay Saath which too introduced an angle of Pak-China friendship.
My Heart is in China is being produced under the banner of Pervez Malik Films and will hit the floors later this year.
