Salman Khan’s Race 3 is hitting cinema screens all over the world (except Pakistan) this week, after which the super star will be headed to the US for Da-Bangg: The Tour Reloaded, a series of shows that will also feature Katrina Kaif, Jacqueline Fernandez and Sonakshi Sinha. This is an extension of Khan’s super popular Dabang Tour, a song and dance stage concert, which was inspired by the popularity of his superhit Dabang films. Last year the tour entertained the Indian diaspora in Hong Kong, Auckland and Melbourne and has been traveling India this year, after which is headed to the US and Canada. We guess there’s never a dull or dry moment in a super star’s life!

Adding to that already interesting news is the fact that Katrina will be doing an aerial act while Jacqueline will be doing a sultry pole dance. They’ve been rehearsing their moves for the past three weeks.

It has just been reported that Jacqueline and Sonakshi are being paid somewhere between INR 6 to 8 crores whereas Katrina will get paid a whopping INR 12 crores for 8 shows.

“Katrina is obviously the biggest star from the lot, after Salman. Plus, she’s a terrific dancer,” a source was quoted in DNA. “Her final solo act will surprise everyone. She’s being paid around Rs 12 cr for the whole tour (eight shows) whereas Jacqueline and Sonakshi are both getting somewhere between Rs 6 cr to Rs 8 cr. But Jackie’s remuneration is a little higher than that of Sona.”

That’s big money, if you do the maths. Now also imagine how much money Salman and his brother Sohail, who produces the tour, must be making from it. That’s serious star power.
