Faux fur
While fur looks classy, we’re animal lovers and do not endorse the killing of furry animals to make a fashion statement. Faux fur is the fashionable, politically correct statement of the moment. Make sure your outfit is minimal so your coat can do the talking!

A winter favourite every year, velvet saaris and shawls are all the rage right now! Our favourite velvet look would be to pair a heavily worked shawl with a solid coloured outfit for wedding season – it is quite the classic look.

They make for the comfiest winter outfit, and lucky for us they’re in style too! Paired with skinny leather pants and boots to look funky.
Slouchy boots
Yep this is a thing now…YSL brought them onto the ramp in leather and sparkly versions and Rihanna and Kendall Jenner have already adorned them so you’re running behind on the fashion train!
Red Haute everything
‘Something borrowed something blue’ just became something red because red is the hautest colour this season. Case in point: the Masala Awards just saw 3 of Pakistan’s divas in their statement red dresses!
