Putting all the rumours and doubts around the release of London Nahi Jaunga to rest, actor-producer Humayun Saeed has announced that “the biggest family entertainer of this year” London Nahi Jaunga will release on Eid ul Azha this year.
As one of the most bankable film stars as well as a reputable producer in Pakistani cinema (and of course the lead actor of the aforementioned film) Humayun, in an exclusive conversation with Something Haute, shared that it was tough to finish filming in two countries, especially after the pandemic in the last few years but a lot of credit goes to his team and their efforts.
“It was tough to finish shoot of the film on time, but the team was very cooperative. We had to shoot in two countries (the UK and Pakistan) in one schedule. Everyone in the team starting with director Nadeem Baig, Head of Films ARY, Irfan Malik, our ADs Mussadiq Malik & Salman Sirhindi, Production crew Asim Rajput & Hunain, Production designer Gerry Khushnud; these guys stood by me like a solid team and we managed to smoothly finish a very difficult shoot. ARY owner Salman Iqbal and ARY CEO Jerjees Seja also gave me their full support to finish this movie on time,” Humayun said.
“All the actors on set were my friends; Mehwish Hayat, Kubra Khan, Vasay Chaudhry, Gohar Rasheed, Saba Hamid, Saba Faisal, Sohail Ahmed sahab all put their best foot forward and went to two countries for the shoot. It’s their dedication that made this film possible,” he said.
Humayun called London Nahi Jaunga “the biggest family entertainer of this year” and asked cine-goers to get ready for the poster reveal and its trailer.
“The dubbing is nearing its end and the film has been edited. We’re currently working on the promo and shooting for the poster shoot. This will be the biggest family entertainer of this year,” he added.

While expectations are already at an all time high for a Humayun Saeed-starrer produced under his banner, the actor has raised more heartbeats as he claims that “this is the most expensive film I’ve ever made; it is even more expensive than JPNA 2.”
After five films on Eid ul Fitr, we’re looking at another heavy dose of entertainment on the next holiday season. Nabeel Qureshi’s Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad is also slated to release on Eid ul Azha this year as well as Hollywood biggie Thor: Love and Thunder.
