Humayun Saeed, Samina Humayun Saeed test positive for Covid-19

Superstar Humayun Saeed and his wife producer Samina Humayun Saeed have tested positive for Covid-19, Something Haute has learnt.

While the couple tested positive a few days ago, their symptoms have remained mild and they are both on the road to recovery. Just a couple of weeks ago, Samina – who has got big projects like Alif, Sadqay Tumharay, Mann Mayal among others to her credit, tripped and fell while checking out of a hotel in Islamabad and had to undergo an emergency surgery.

We wish the couple good health and a speedy recovery, especially Samina who has had a rough few weeks but remains in high spirits.

On a side note, Sinf-e-Aahan, produced by Humayun’s Six Sigma Plus and Samina and Sana Shahnawaz’s Next Level Entertainment, continues to remain in news. The highly anticipated drama serial is currently being shot in Abbottabad and boasts of a stellar cast featuring Sajal Aly, Yumna Zaidi, Syra Yousaf, Ramsha Khan and Kubra Khan. It has now been revealed that actors Usman Mukhtar, Sheheryar Munawar and Ali Rehman Khan are also part of the project which is being directed by Nadeem Baig. Apparently, Samina was on her way to the drama shoot when she had that dreadful accident in Islamabad.

Here’s hoping both Humayun and Samina are back on set in no time!
