Earlier this year there was an exchange of compliments between Saba Qamar and Bilal Abbas Khan where both shared their admiration for each other’s work. And now, the two are all set to share the screen in upcoming drama serial Cheekh.

“It’s just extremely powerful and different for me and the audience. It’s something really unexpected,” Bilal said during an exclusive chat with Something Haute. While he did not reveal much about his role, he did say that the fact his character exerts a lot of influence on other characters in the drama is what made him sign the project.
“And then of course Saba Qamar and director Badar Mehmood made it easier for me to make the decision,” he added.
“It feels great to finally work with her. She’s an institute of acting in herself. We’ve shot for a few days now and every day I’m learning something new from her. Truly inspiring,” he said about sharing the screen with Saba.
Cheekh is being produced by Fahad Mustafa and Dr Ali Kazmi under the banner Big Bang Productions and will be directed by Badar Mehmood.
