Head of the Ambani empire, Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani hosted the auspicious Hindu festival of Ganesh Chaturthi this weekend and it was an unprecedented star studded affair. The who’s who of Bollywood turned up (obviously) and celebrated, putting their differences aside.
The three Khans – Aamir, Shah Rukh and Salman – were spotted at the same party together after ages. We don’t know how their relationship is these days but needless to say, Aamir is at the top of his Bollywood game whereas Shah Rukh and Salman are struggling a bit.
Saif Ali Khan’s 23-year-old daughter Sara (left) will soon make her debut in Bollywood with Kedarnath, co-starring Sushant Singh Rajput, and arrived at the party in a bright pink outfit. Jhanvi, daughter of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, looked equally beautiful in an embroidered ensemble. Filmmaker Karan Johar is reportedly handling Jhanvi’s debut. This is the next generation.
Mutual fan club, Rekha and Vidya Balan have even started dressing alike, or rather Vidya has started dressing like Rekha. â¤ï¸
We know you don’t need to see these guys in double but here they are. Siddharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez, who appear together in A Gentleman, also turned up to the party together. We must say Siddharth’s ethnic wardrobe was on point!
And talking about fashion choices, what in the world was Abhishek Bachchan thinking when he turned up in this floral, embroidered catastrophe of a kurta! ? Not that Aishwarya’s choice of outfit or colour was any less unimpressive. The little one, Aradhya, was the star kid here.
Tiger Shroff got his look right. Almost. One would have preferred to see a shirt under the jacket. Seen here with Disha Patani, who he’s going out with these days. She also appeared to have forgotten to wear her shirt ?
Priyanka Chopra went all ethnic in this pink Abhinav Mishra outfit. She looked pretty but what’s with the choice of shoes! ?
A very svelte looking Kajol turned up in a traditional green sari. We hear Kajol and Karan Johar have made up but we didn’t see any pictures of them mingling.
And last but not least )because we love cliches), we loved seeing Deepika Padukone (radiant in a gold Sabyasachi sari) and Ranveer Singh together. And yes, they are together. â¤ï¸
